November 2020 Update

Holy crap! December is next month. Something about skipping all major annual events this year kind of makes time feel weird. I feel like summer was last week. Maybe last year.

This month wasn't overwhelmingly busy, I suppose, but I still managed to sneak in some fun stuff!

New EP

Early November, I released a 7-track EP on Soundcloud - at first, only for patrons, of course - but it's "live" for everyone now. It's fun; not overly complicated.

Christmas Song

Speaking of complicated, I'm working on my first ever Christmas song! You read that right - Christmas song. Let's just say it may be the darkest Christmas song ever written. I'm trying like hell to get it done before Christmas, but we'll see, it may end up on the back burner til Christmas 2021. It features piano, string quintet, brass, woodwinds, and voice. >:)

YouTube

I played saxophone on a YouTube video that has gained over 10 million views in one month! The video is hilarious, and features the music of LilDeuceDeuce, featuring yours, truly on sax. Pretty cool!

Distro

I joined a Canadian radio distribution program that will hopefully result in more community/college radio play across the country.

Broken

Short Songs For Patrons II is still out on all the streamers, but still has a broken track. :( I'm working to have it fixed.

I suppose that's about it for now. Look out for that Christmas tune (I'm hoping, but it may actually be too huge to finish in time). Til next time, be well out there, stay safe and keep listening to interesting music.
