June 2020 Update
Hi Electricloud Recordings Family,
Welcome to all you new patrons coming on board in time for Patron Songs 2020 (better title pending), and welcome to my OG patrons out there. It really does mean a lot to me to have you all in my corner!
I sincerely hope you have been finding some comforts during the mess COVID has left in its wake. I constantly thank music for being there for me. I hope my music is one small part in making your days a little nicer, too.
Livestream Concert + Coffee
As you may have already seen, I'll be streaming, live, this Sunday, June 28, at 11:00 AM, CST. I'll mostly be playing music, but it'll be very informal, so I'm open to chat. Come and just watch/listen or hang out in the chat and say hi. I'd love to hear how you're doing these days.
Patron Songs 2020
I'm so excited to see so many new people on this crazy musical journey into the unknown! A handful of songs are already complete, while a couple more are in the works. I don't want to spill anything too specific yet, but I've been putting even more work into these, this year. The hope is still to have all of the tracks done and ready for release to patrons by the end of July. I can hardly wait!
Live (In-person) Shows
In Saskatchewan, they're talking about this. I had started booking a handful of shows and conferences at the beginning of this year - all of which were cancelled, of course. Hopefully I can figure out how to swing this in the near future. Still more to learn and I'm very much in a wait-and-see mode.
I'm an official member of SOCAN (finally)
SOCAN is a performing/licensing rights organization (read more...). Basically, they work to get artists paid when their work is used publicly. This is something I should have done ages ago, but, well... here we are.
I believe that's all that's going on these days. Stay well, stay in touch, and look forward to some new music, coming soon.
